1. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person chosen by you, receives the item. If your order is delivered in several parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the last item in the order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to:

Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return. You may also initiate a return directly from your order confirmation page, where this option is available.

2. Returning Items After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must send the item or items back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Please return items with proof of purchase and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging or other suitable protective packaging.

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop, but you should not use or damage it. If an item is returned damaged or handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, where permitted by law.

3. Refunds After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you for the returned item or items, including the cost of standard delivery.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.

4. Cancellations Before Fulfilment

You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If the order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, you may still be able to return it under the right of withdrawal described above.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases permitted by law, including:

digital products, where supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal;
customised or personalised items;
sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed after delivery;
items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
perishable goods;
other cases where applicable law excludes the right of withdrawal.

For ordinary physical books, the standard 14-day withdrawal right usually applies unless a legal exception applies.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping at no cost to you, depending on the situation and your legal rights.
