At SRS Books, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, special promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Global Shipping

We ship all across the world. International delivery times vary by country and shipping method and may take longer than domestic deliveries.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to postal disruptions, customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. SRS Books is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. SRS Books is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at books@sivaramaswami.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at books@sivaramaswami.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SRS Books is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and Shipping Costs

Any return shipping arrangements and costs are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
